Excited you have made your booking with Rachel Robinson Photography or your school images with Those Photo Ladies! This is the agreement for us to both have all we need going forward with our shoot!! This just insures that you know what to expect and keep us all safe! Cant wait to meet up with you and capture your sweet people! By filling this out you will be agreeing to the terms we have talked about for your shoot. This ensures that we are both ready for a wonderful day and have all our questions answered!! Cant wait!!

Deposit will be paid via Venmo/paypal and full payment will be paid one week before the day of shoot! If you'd rather send a check we can discuss and get you my address.

I will provide lighting for our day of images along with a backdrop if needed. We will need to find a place close to a good working plug in the school.

RRP agrees the client will receive an online gallery of images for sharing and choosing their images.

RRP will provide prints, downloads and customer service for you to have the best experience with printing and receiving your files.

RRP may need 2-3 weeks to deliver the images unless otherwise discussed and agreed to.

RRP will send instructions how to view photos and gallery and explain expiration warnings.

The images are copyright protected. You do not have permission to make copies for sale, or other distribution in any manner that circumvents the sale of these images by the photographer. (you have every right to print for gifts or for your home but not for sale to others)

RRP requests that you keep the edit as originally given. If you would like a different preset or black and white option let me know and I can get that for you. Putting a preset from your phone on an image can skew the lighting and colors.

When putting images online please make sure to tag @rachelrobphotog or Rachel Robinson Photography in facebook.
